My Catholic Team App

In development — not yet available

The Catholic Organizer App

Your parish groups, in your pocket. We’re building an Android app so leaders and members can check in on their ministries from anywhere. It isn’t released yet — here’s where things stand and what to expect when it arrives.

Android first · iOS planned later
Where things stand

Not available yet — here’s why

The app isn’t released and there’s nothing to download yet. We’re building it in stages, and the current stage is “read-only”: the app can display your groups, but it can’t post, upload, or claim anything on your behalf. That’s the milestone we’re working through right now, before we open it up for everyone to install.

Under the hood right now

What the app will show, once it’s out

When it’s ready to install, you’ll sign in with your existing account and be able to view everything your groups already have on the website:

Home

Read announcements and discussion threads from your groups.

Calendar

See upcoming events for every group you belong to.

Members

View who’s in your group and their role.

Contacts

Look up parish staff and other contacts on file.

Lists

Check sign-up lists and see what’s already been claimed.

Bookmarks

Open the web links your group has saved.

On the way

What we’re building next

The read-only version was step one. Here’s the order we’re tackling the rest, so the app becomes a full replacement for opening the website:

Posting and replying

Start discussions, reply to threads, and share announcements right from your phone.

Claiming list items

Sign up to bring the item, take the shift, or fill the need — no need to open a browser.

File uploads

Share photos and documents with your group directly from the app.

Push notifications

Get a nudge when your group posts something you’ll want to see.

Parish directory & Play Store release

Find and verify your parish from the app, then a public release so anyone can install it.

Good things take patience — and we’d rather build this carefully than rush it out and let your groups down. Thank you for trying it out this early and for bearing with us while the rest comes together.

We’re grateful you’re here for the whole process, not just the finished product.
